Yes, there are macro breakdowns for each recipe so it can easily be calculated and added to an already existing plan or you can find out what macros/calories you should be on for your specific goals at the start of the ebook by filling in the macro calculator.
I think wanting more energy so I can keep up with them is a massive push for me. It's also not even a question now because moving my body and eating well has worked wonders for my mental health. Motivation isn't something you will find. You have to create it for yourself and just get it done. Push yourself to do the things you don't want to do because you will feel 100 times better once you start to achieve your goals.
Easy and quickest answer is follow a consistent booty plan (mine is coming soon) and prioritise protein over anything else.

Fill out the macro calculator at the start of the ebook, and then you will know your calories. Once calculating your personal macros, you can then choose meals from the ebook and calculate them to add up to your calories per day.
