About Matt Richardson

I’ve been personal training for 15 years now and my passion for the industry just keeps growing! 

In 2015 I was the head strength and conditioning coach of the Australian Gridiron Team and coach to many other high performing individuals. I specialize in glute growing, sports strength and conditioning and lean muscle gain. 

My passion is to help everyone from all walks of life be as happy and as confident in their own skin as possible, while performing to levels they never thought possible.
